The health and safety of TreasureFest and Bay Area communities remains our top priority. We are working closely with local and state officials to create the safest festival experience possible. The festival dates allows us to work collectively to determine any new safety procedures necessary to implement during the festival weekend. As protocols continue to evolve rapidly regarding public gatherings, our guidance for best practices to be followed at the festival are also evolving. Once final protocols are established, we will post all requirements for fans to adhere to prior to the festival dates on our website, through email and social media.

COVID-19

We are relieved and hopeful to see the COVID-19 situation improving across the country but we are still monitoring matters closely. We will follow the recommended health and safety guidelines put forth by the authorities. In the meanwhile, please help us achieve our goals by continuing to wear masks and get vaccinated when it is your turn to do so!

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By purchasing a ticket, you assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against the City and County of San Rafael, the Event Organizers, and their affiliated companies relating to such risks.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. By attending TreasureFest, you expressly agree to comply with any and all rules and safety guidelines put in place by the event organizers, and voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, waiving all claims and potential claims against the event organizers, and their affiliated companies relating to such risks.

Security measures

We take security and safety at TreasureFest seriously and hope you will help us in our collective effort in following all measures. Our security protocols, including the bag policy and prohibited items list, were created to protect everyone, including fans, staff and performing artists. We will post on our website here prior to the festival outlining all such security measures. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us make TreasureFest the safest experience possible for everyone.
